All Levels (Combines 3 levels)
Suitable for practitioners of all levels. Instructors guide students thoroughly on how to get in and out of each pose with proper alignment. Incorporates some intermediate to advanced poses such as back bends, arm balances and inversions that practitioners can choose to modify according to their level and comfort.
A practice that focuses on basic postures and proper alignment. Ideal for new practitioners.
Candlelight Slow Flow
This practice is a slower pace Flow class done in a candlelight lit studio.
A style of yoga that links breath with movement in a fluid sequence. Ideal for those who would like a more cardio and intense practice.
Similar to Gentle Yoga but incorporates flows to transition between postures.
A style of yoga that is less strenuous and intense. Suitable for seniors, pregnant women, or practitioners who are recovering from injury, those who need to build better physical health, and those looking for a more relaxed workout. Especially beneficial for practitioners who are in good physical health but lack the overall flexibility to be able to do some of the more intense postures. Practitioners can modify poses as needed.
Similar to flow but with longer holds between postures.
Yoga Nidra is known as yogic sleep. It is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
Similar to Power yoga, it also includes flow/vinyasa to transition between postures. Suitable for more seasoned practitioners.
A therapeutic style of yoga which utilizes props to make it easier for the body to get into certain poses and surrender to the pose. Using props provides your body with support to stay in the poses with a deeper sense of relaxation. Restorative poses are sustained for 10 minutes or for as long as you are comfortable.
This style incorporates the use of sound for deeper mediation and healing, Typical Tibetan singing bowls or gongs are used during the latter part of the class.
A style of yoga that helps penetrate deeper into connective tissues, expanding flexibility, and releases blockages for better energy flow. Focuses on passive poses that are held for several minutes.
