Yoga Stretch with Myofascial Release

This class is perfect for students who simply want a calmer yoga class format, are working through a healing process, or are newer to yoga. With the support of yoga props, the teacher will explore different poses each week to improve mobility and flexibility.
Myofascial release aims to improve elasticity and hydration of the connective tissue that encapsulates muscles and joints. Using props in specific ‘self-massage’ type-movements, the tissues become more elastic and hydrated, adhesions are released, and improved blood and lymph flow are restored.


Yoga For Stress and Anxiety with Essential Oils

This class is designed to soothe your nervous system from the negative effects of stress and anxiety. You will learn breathing techniques to use when challenges arise in your daily life. You will be offered yoga poses that help to relieve aches and pains often associated with stress and anxiety. Each class will include an offering of essential oils and will conclude with an extended guided relaxation to help your mind find a deep sense of inner calm.


Breathe and Restore

Join us for Breathe & Restore – a unique blend of restorative yoga and breathwork. We’ll start with deep restorative postures to open and relax the body. Then be expertly guided through a breathwork process that will expand your capacity to get out of your own way (let go of your mind chatter, past habits, fears, and unhealthy behavioral patterns) so you can experience your true nature and unbounded freedom. This class will take you through a deep inner journey to liberate and open you to a whole new way of living a Soul-led life.

Many people have said this journey is like none other. It is very powerful, incredibly efficient and quick in its ability to break through stagnant patterns. People’s lives often change right then and there. Chronic pain begins to dissolve, deep forgiveness takes place, great clarity of purpose arises, deep inner peace emerges.

It’s truly an extraordinary experience.

Plan for a highly interactive, individual but co-created class. You will be invited to share an intention, and your greatest takeaway. Remember, growth doesn’t happen inside your comfort zone. This class is a safe space designed specifically to support you with navigating triggers, reprogramming limiting beliefs, healing trauma and discovering your potential. You will leave having discovered a felt sense of safety and the feeling of belonging – exactly as you are.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the umbrella of all yoga. Suited for all yogis, this class offers more focus on alignment and breath as you move in, hold, and come out of postures. Utilizing variations and modifications– with or without props– to suit your body and needs. Hatha provides an opportunity to unite the mind, body, and spirit, cultivating the ability to move through the highs and lows of life with more ease and awareness. Pranayama (breath), static poses, fluid sequences, and intuitive movement can also be incorporated. Class will end with a guided meditation, sound, and/or breathwork.


Gentle Kundalini, Restorative Yoga, and Sound

Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices. It is considered the yoga of awareness and provides an opportunity to experience the you inside of YOU through breath (pranayam), physical movement (asana), chanting (mantra) and meditation. It is a technology to assist the practitioner with discovering the subtle energy bodies within and around them. It is the science of evolving and strengthening your radiance to give you an expanded life and greater capacity for fulfillment.

Join us for this unique blend of kundalini yoga, restorative yoga and sound healing. In this class you will discover your energy bodies through a gentle kundalini yoga practice, then dive into deep restoration of your mind, body and Soul through longer held restorative postures and stillness. We will complete with the sweet healing melodies of crystal and alchemy singing bowls, the gong, drums and chimes. You will leave feeling held, recharged and aligned. This class is perfect for those seeking a greater connection to the Divine within and around them, as well as a healthier connection to themselves. Come rest into a sacred space in the middle of your day to nourish your nervous system and activate the body’s innate ability to heal itself.

All ages, levels, and abilities welcome and encouraged. Perfect for beginners & seasoned yogis alike.


Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing

Enjoy gentle, supported postures and therapeutic breathing techniques for rejuvenation and deep relaxation. Experience the healing vibrations of the Gong, Crystal Sound Bowls, Steel Drums, Ocean Drum, and Chimes while savoring the restorative benefits of the postures.


Yin Yoga

A very slow paced style of yoga with postures mostly done on the floor and held for longer periods of time.  Yin yoga applies gentle tension to the connective tissue, such as the tendons, fascia, and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility and strength.  The poses also improve blood circulation to boost organ health, immunity, mental and emotional balance, and well-being. Appropriate for All Levels, including Beginners.


I AM HELD: Mindful Movement and Sound

Enjoy a slow moving mindful practice of gentle flow and stretch. Feel Held by Mother Earth, this community, and your Practice. It’s time to feel, move, and Be. A sound bath at the end of class will bathe you in the powerful vibration of Peace.

Flow classes link breath with movement in sequences of postures that help to build strength, increase heart rate, and improve flexibility.
